//Edit: UPDATED REQUIREMENTS:

KVM prefered.
Comments
CPU is 2.4 GHz but dedicated with this NetCup plan: https://www.netcup.eu/bestellen/produkt.php?produkt=1553
best bet is netcup
their RS1000 is 2 CPU @ 2.4GHz with 9-ish euro per month , and RS 2000 is 4 CPU @ 2.4GHz with 15-ish per month.
which is dedicated.
I've never come across any other provider with dedicated CPU within the price range.
Maybe dedicated i3-2100 server? https://www.simplyhosting.com/servers/dedicated-servers
£7.25

It's over my budget. 1 dedicated is 15 USD/month
No, USD.
Francisco
Wished it was CAD
Checkout MyCore, dedicated 3,6+ Ghz in Italy or Frankfurt with nvme disks
http://www.seflow.net/2/index.php/en/services/mycore/mycore-2
You're already DDoS Protected and game is supported well in 1core plan
Over my budget
there is always a solution :-)
p.m'd you
@zuby2402: Welcome to VPS 3.0G in the Netherlands
PM me, will provide you a nice discount.
bump up ?
Happy New Year...
Cant update OP.
I just need:
1 CPU with 3.9+ Ghz (dedicated)
2 GB RAM
30 Gb SSD
Good network connection
KVM prefered.
4 dedicated cores, SSD's and 2GB Ram for €10
hilarious.
OP corrected his requirements. Looks more doable now.
No problem, Dedibox SC at online.net with Atom C2350. Oh wait, you wanted the cores to be fast? Never mind, lol.
I am searching for something like this: https://app.treudler.net/cart.php?a=confproduct&i=0 KVM-GAME-M
My request is valid, not absurd.
Thanks
How about these:

Yeap, but is over my budget... and i dont need so much resources since im hosting only one cs:go server....
https://www.lowendtalk.com/discussion/132802/extravm-26-y-512mb-ram-nvme-ssd-vps-ddos-protection-features @mikea
He doesn't do dedicated in that offer thread, so you would probably need a custom deal.
I was going to post something but decided not, but here's what I had in the draft save thingy (add: CSGO on the VPS would probably be fine, I haven't really seen a CSGO server max out a core 24/7):
My 2GB KVM plan in France with a 20% discount ( 1T8J5IO8IW - limited use, though ) would be $9.60/month. But it's 41ms from the big Romanian networks, so maybe too much.

indeed ... 41 ms is to much
Those have to be shared cores, so there's no reason to think it's a high-cpu vps like you're seeking. Really, up your budget and get a dedi, you'll sleep better.
Try ping to rbx.proof.ovh.net and if it's ok, get wishosting kvm-ssd : let's you burst a core to max when you play.
I have one that I use for building software occasionally. not RAID disk IIRC but ideal for games.
all vps : https://www.wishosting.com/order/main/packages/VPS/?group_id=2
I mean this: https://app.treudler.net/cart.php?a=add&pid=294 ..
That looks like it's hosted off a soyoustart GAME server. Those come with a 480gb ssd and 64gb of ram, and at most 16 extra ips at no monthly fees.
It also happens that 30 fits 16 times inside the aforementioned 480, and 4 fits 16 times in the aforementioned 64.
Yet the cpu itself has 4 cores/8threads, so their claim of "dedicated cpu" is probably complete bogus.
It is also hosted from OVH, so the same host as @mikea is using, making it ALSO too high ping for you.
So no, the plan you linked is not even the thing it claims to be. Your best bet would be to go with @francisco in Luxembourg (test ip 198.251.84.1) and get a "fair share" 50% of a single core (~3.5ghz iirc) for 7 usd/month.
I know you didn't say it, but I just wanna put it out there that I don't use any of their sub-brands like SYS for VPS clients :P
