    Can't do a ping test on your US LG, the text box just becomes highlighted with a red line with no error message.

    Also, your main site gives me an ERR_CONNECTION_RESET. Ordered a box hours ago that hasn't been provisioned yet and well, this is bothering me.

    @TheXO we have always charged a few to enable TUN/TAP and remember this offer is for yearly payment on just the instance not any add on.

    There's a somewhat strange issue with different currencies during checkout: My account is billed in USD and the price for OPENVZ VPS - UOVM - 96B changes from 3 GBP to 13.84 USD annually after logging in.

    Fixed and provisioned. Thanks. Your emails however, still point to a non-existent SolusVM at http://control.httpzoom.com.

    So far so good, storage box is decent and non-sluggish (not like my old ServerHub instance).

    Every time I tried to pay through stripe, the payment seems to go through with the green tick shown as usual.
    However, it simply redirect me back to the WHMCS main site and the invoice still shows up as unpaid.
    May I know if there is a way to resolve it?

    Sorry about that. The payment is not going through. We are looking into it. In the. Mean time use bitcoin if you can or open a ticket and we will manually enable PayPal payment.

    Working on fixing this at the moment.
