Hi all
I'm looking for a vps provider with hourly billing for a couple of fresh projects on a (naturally) tight budget within 80ms of London.
Must not require a card on file. Prefer paypal, other options fine too.
Must have good api.
Must allow own images (without bothering support) or provide small amount of free storage for inactive vms.
Prefer proper virtualisation.
Do not need static ipv4 and would rather not be forced to pay for one while vm inactive.
I do not need large amounts of bandwidth, nor will I be hammering IO or CPU 24/7.

Lunanode at OVH Roubaix? @perennate
DigitalOcean, Linode.
VultrLinode or OVH.
Digitalocean and Linode both require card on file for verification and OVH want at least a large initial payment from card.
Vultr looks good, Lunanode looks like a better fit right now.
