Dear Companies,

I am looking for VPS with 6-8 core CPU
Uptime should be 99.9%
HDD: 200GB or +++
RAM: 4 or +++ GB
Location USA/UK/Germany

Should work fine with high usage sites too.

Maximum can pay monthly $30 with cpanel

    Increase your monthly budget to $50, get one of those dual L5520 dedicated servers from @qps.

    First tell us what do you want to do with the VPS. Maybe you don't need these specs.

    just host sites. and nothing, no one will use ssh etc... it will be only for web purposes.

    @BlueVM has a 5 dollar annual shared hosting package that's enough for almost every website.
