    Please would you quote properly ? It's very hard to read.

    The only sane option for you is to change the provider then or rent IP space and have it announced by your network provider, if they agree to do it.

    Nope. Korean IPs are expensive and AFAIK KISA only gives out IPs to a valid company. Why do you need south korean ips anyway?
