Brother a2hosting does not allow file sharing in shared hosting but they allow it in dedicated server and vps
almost every host accept file sharing in vps and dedicated . but shared hosting they don't

Edit: also bitpanda.com usually doesn't require ID verification.

But see... nobody should trust an unknown company with their website and a couple of DNS hosted in the same server.

This is an alert to us because this is the first reference found on the internet to this website, and ironically hosted by the same company where you say you are hosted too.

If you are related to them you should say it, so experienced people here can help you to start the right way. If not, don't do business with that provider.
