I'm looking for either a dedicated or virtual server. Spec requested:

500 GB hard drive if dedicated, else 100 GB (really only need 100 but the extra is nice)

Unmetered bandwidth or 5 TB

Any location, closer to Canada the better

Ability to create KVM VM's if dedicated (would be nice to have a few VMs on if for personal usage)

/29 IPS of dedicated, otherwise 2

Paid every 3 months, if it's a good deal I'll go 6 months, willing to sign contract for lower cost
