How many hours?
I would not use "one man company" as a category for bad service quality. We have some excellent "one man companies" on LET that deliver great service since years. How many hours did you wait, given that it is Sunday?
About 14 hours.
They certainly price low end.
Just signed up to their $1/m shared hosting. 2 minutes later it's active and I've got my set up on there. Latency decent enough.
I guess that means 7 hours a day 24 days a year, you must be out of luck, try again in 2018
Are you a 1 man customer, perhaps if you try and be a 5 man customer you will get faster service?
14 hours is not great, but certainly not horrible for a lowend provider. 24 hours would be the point in time when I start to feel nervous.
Just how long can you maintain an erection!?
Depending. With Cialis or without? I would have to check again, my erections have become quite unimportant for me over the years.
You are German, after all..
Hard like Krupp steel, besides the weener.
Are we speaking of the prophylactic? I haven't needed one in years, myself.
You didn't need an erection or you didn't need any pills to achieve one?
However, I just wanted to clearify that we Germans are known for our lack of humour, not for our lack of erections. I am sure we have some mighty, mighty erections over here in Germany. You just have to look closely. But for humour - I can guarantee you, there is nothing, nada, nichts.
I don't even remember anymore. LETs assume the latter.
I thought that the last recognized German Erected Official was about 70 years ago..
You mean that horrible guy with the single testicle?
Yeah. Fuck James May.
Laughing out loud.
SCHNELL! SCHNELL!
Hostmaze isn't a one man company, i had a vps there: slow network, bad support, not sure about the disk speed. Just don't use them.
Edit: I just saw they have a 1GB port on VPSes now, before they said they did but they clearly didn't can someone tell if they give 1Gbps?
Edit2: 94.7 Mbits/sec network speed to NL, That doesnt even reach 1Gbps as advertised, Disk speed: 101 MB/s
I bought this to test thier network.
>
Are you for real? "doesnt even reach 1gbs"?? What do you expect to get an unmetered dedicated 1gbit for a few bucks? Of course it is shared. What is wrong about this speed anyway? if they advertise 1Gbps you get up to 1Gbps but that does not mean minimum guaranteed..
Come on man... It's 1Gbps shared and it doesn't even reach 100mbps.
Edit: Best download speed I got: http://www.speedtest.net/result/6557067559.png almost 100Mbps
@magicvpn
I guess you misunderstand something. Mbps and MBps are NOT the same! 100mbps port is equal to ~12.5MBps. So 1gbit is 10 times that amount. But just take 1/10th of that in general. So if you have 1gbit port you will have around 100mb/s..
Yes and they advertise 1GBps or 1GB/s, I guess they mean 1Gbps and I don't even reach 100Mbps.
Can't stand this anymore. Let go.. let goooo.
I've been there with some servers, as a test. Thier livechat always said 1gbps port speed, but never reached that... Not that I expect much for a 1,5$ server but if you advertise it you need to deliver it too...
Speedtest.net is not a valid test of speed.
Well, I tested Iperf too... didn't reach 100mbps too
In the infamous words of Wakko Warner: Dumber than advertised!
Edit: Best download speed I got: http://www.speedtest.net/result/6557067559.png almost 100Mbps
98,7 MB/s is equal to 789,60mbps - that's close enough on a 1gbps shared port.edit: Completely misread, sorry about that.
... that says 98.7Mbps.
Disagree, It shows 98,7Mb/s which is equal to 98,7mbps.
