Also I can't find any proofs of your RIPE NCC membership.
They resell ip-projects.de who run their own network in accelerated I believe, they say that they don't every time but I can't think of another reason that both of their admin panels would be on the same IP.

ip-projects.de don't really have an own network.
Only own hardware co-located at accelerated.
1 is included with the set up, we can assign more if you raise a ticket, we just do not have many users asking for any V6 yet.

We use IP-Projects for Colocating our servers, we started using our own hardware since we(HostRoyale Technologies Pvt Ltd) purchased Rootnerds more than a year back.
IP-Projects is based in Accelerated IT services GMBH.
We do not charge VAT, if you order with us, you would come to know. However, if this is still mentioned on our website, I will check and get this corrected. Thanks for the information.
We are registered on RIPE under HostRoyale Technologies Private Limited. However, for Rootnerds, we havent been able to use much of our space since that would involve renumbering a lot of already assigned IP's, and we do not really want to go through that hassle. However, we have a few ./24's announced and are already using them for our new clients who order VM's as well as dedicated servers.

IP-Projects is also expanding and they have recently started acquiring and using their own IPs.

We purchased rootnerds.com around June 2016, and since then we have been trying to fix pre-existing problems by replacing old hardware, providing better support and accountability, hence the non existent bad press which had become regular before we took over the portal.

Yes, I believe you are right.
We also started cancelling old hardware and have already replaced more than half our nodes with Colocated hardware, the old nodes were not really enterprise material, they were just bargain bin servers. Now we are Colocating with IP-Projects, in their rackspace.
But, we are still using quite a few IPs from accelerated and Ip-Projects.
However, we are slowly getting rid of them and setting up standard stuff, so that it becomes easy to manage in case of hardware failures and also serves our clients better.
