Looking for cheap VPS with good Asia connectivity

Hi guys,

Pakistan is currently having an outage in one of submarine interconnecting cables which is causing issues & high latency. I am looking for a cheap VPS preferably in Asia (better, if possible) or somewhere else but with good connectivity to Pakistan for VPN. I will be using it solely for VPN & only one connections so these specs would work:

64MB RAM 2GB HDD 100GB/m Bandwidth @50Mbps. Dedicated IP is not mandatory but will make the deal better. Not in US (Already have a couple lying around).

I can already get 1€/m from arubacloud for much better specs but that would be an overkill. I am ready to pay annually or even bi-annually if the deal really worth it
