Hi, I am looking kvm vps. Server will be used for download site and no file upload on server. We have not received a DMCA complaint until now. No childporn and ad@lt. Only some copyrighted content (softwares, movies, games etc...)

Disk: Min: 30 GB(SAS, OR SSD) NOT SATA!

Location: Russia, Singapore, Panama(Any w4rez can be a permitted country)

Suing is easy. Winning on the other hand... anyway, has nothing to do with DMCA. That's just a friendly reminder to take down your Linux distros.
