I have used the PayPal sandbox several times in the past and indeed it was always dead slow, but it works.
That's my memory of it too, bit annoying considering you just want to test if stuff works.
it works but takes 10 seconds to load a page on average! especially when trying to do subscriptions testing.
Yeah, very annoying.
Page loading is dead slow and the notifications of payments and subscriptions can take hours to show up.
Another stupid thread.
