Just got one to test and it's QEMU KVM with virtualized shared disks.
Network connection is OK and most of time you can get 500mbit+ speeds but disk IO is an issue specialy on working business hours where sometimes you get 20mb/s or less from your virtualized drive which is terrible.
Would be great to see this offer with dedicated 1TB disk per VPS.
Don't help them perpetuate this scam of selling a VPS from the /dedicated-servers/ site section.
File a Paypal dispute that you ordered from a page which says "Dedicated servers in Paris, France" and did not actually receive a dedicated server.
Oh damn, I thought maybe the meaning was lost in translation as it could be interpreted as virtual servers with 'dedicated resources' but nope.
