All locations other than Las Vegas have native IPv6 with free IPv6 addresses on demand (1 Included by default). I'm afraid at the moment we do not offer nested KVM.
@Asim the $5 refers to the £3.28 offer in New Jersey which was $5 at the time of posting.
How much are additional IP addresses?
