It's 2013, and you can see so many providers' selling Xen PV VPS's at barely OpenVZ-pricing.
What I'm curious on is, how many of these low price providers(like $7 for 1024MB Xen) are actually using "balloon Ram" to oversale, in order to keep profit?
And have you ever used a balloon-Ramed VPS?

It can be stopped from inside, so, not really an option for the provider.
