I used 101domain to buy a .ai domain, I think I paid like $70/yr with a 2 year minimum. Haven't had any real issues with them, the control panel isn't anywhere near as good as Namecheap... but it's just a domain registrar so I usually don't have to long in any more than a few times a year.

OP is after .ai not .al.....
