Yeah Centmin Mod does get continual updates to both stable 123.08stable and beta 123.09beta01 as Centmin Mod menu includes Git backed updating of code https://centminmod.com/upgrade.html and even setup cronjob to auto update the code https://community.centminmod.com/threads/cronjob-auto-updating-centmin-mod-code-guide.3398/. Made sense as beta build development was rolling out updates and fixes constantly in the early stages, so made it easier for users to keep up to date. On the tail end of development now that most features have settled down and become stable.
Centmin Mod 123.09beta01 is the one to use for far better performance and feature set and more fixes that stable version https://centminmod.com/changelog.html
Also 123.09beta01 supports PHP 7.2 already https://community.centminmod.com/threads/12746/ while 123.08stable doesn't.
