Need a cheap VPS With Storage and RAM

Minimum Requirements:
100 GB Space No SSD required Magnetic Hard Disk will work lol
At Least 4 GBs of RAM.
CPU Minimum 1 Core
Budget around 5$ per month :D
Os: Linux
Usage: Will be used as reseller hosting and to run some backend programs
VPS provider should be at least 1 year old and reputed.
Please give me some suggestions.

    Okay then maybe 2-3 core of cpu
    budget around 7 $

    Actually, this is even possible with 7€ and both 100GB HDD and 2vCPU as well as 4GB of RAM, but not dedicated CPUs as well as only OpenVZ and not KVM, etc.

    It's sold out at @AnthonySmith 's InceptionHosting atm, but there might be in future again?

    Don't forget hosting multiple sites/resellers from HDD instead of SSD. And the end users having another layer of middlemen between them and the entity running the hardware. And if your business picture is constrained enough that a couple bucks a month makes a difference in its prospects, should anyone here think you're qualified to be doing this?
