Stumbled upon this provider. Had not seen this provider here before, nor a $2/mo KVM with 1GB RAM, so thought I'd share.

Not affiliated in any way with them. I'm not signing up because the location does not suit me, so I have no idea how the service is, any test IPs, performance, etc.
