It needs to be the Softlayer DC?

The closest host that I can think of which would give you those specs and ISO upload for a KVM is Vultr, but I don't know who their London, UK location is hosted with.

Edit: Never mind, it's Choopa. Maybe ping test between the two locations to see if it can still fit your requirements?

Thanks for you post. I have tested vultr already & having 3ms there, but I need 0.5 - 1.9.

If i don't find servers directly in that DC i am looking for, i will give here a try.

It doesn't cost anything. Once you are our Customer let us know here or via the ticket, and we will look into optimising route to the particular ASN. Clouvider uses 5 transits and 2 LINX LANs, if we find any of those transits or peers to be quicker, we will happily adjust our end to prefer that route.
