That's an amazing thread, believe me. But it still doesn't answer me if it's possible inside ovz, because I heard it isn't from a not-so-sure source.
It's possible. You need FUSE enabled though.
If I'm not wrong truecrypt can't be used inside openvz VPS. Truecrypt requires a loop device and it is not possible to create loop device inside openvz container.
As long as fuse is enabled, you should be able to use a few encrypted solutions (not / tho)
