Fast VPS required in NY/NJ/WDC

Hi guys, I am looking for a VPS to host my laravel app. It is resource hungry ( CPU ) so need dedicated cores.

Specs:
VZ Type: KVM
Number of Cores:8
RAM:8
Disk Space: 100GB
Disk Type: Fast SSD ( aka fast raid or NVMe - don't care about the data itself, can be self restored within minutes ) AND no IO limit like on Leaseweb VPS.

Bandwidth: 3 TB
Port Speed: 1Gbps

DDoS Protection: No need, it is not public service.

Number of IPs:
If this is higher than 3 then please also state their use.

Location:
New York, New Jersey, Washington DC

Budget:
Up to 120-140$/Month

Billing period:
Monthly

Please suggest me some options.

With that budget, why don't you just go for a dedicated server? There are plenty available that would fit the bill within that budget.

Look for a host offering a Psychz Ashburn location for your WDC requirement. HostUS and PhotonVPS have that but not sure if they'll do dedicated cores for you or not.
