WHMCS Problem

Is anyone else facing WHMCS problems today? Its very slow and down at times.

WHMCS agents not responding and say " This is just a quick note to let you know that we have received your message and will respond as soon as we can."

    Having same problem here, website works fine, admin area ... come again tomorrow ?

    But after waiting for eternity it shows this error, so i suppose some license server has blewn up.

    CONNECTION ERROR

    I had the same problem, I just login to WHMCS and reissue the license and it is ok for me now.

    Tried an strace of the PHP process to see where it's hanging?

    Lucky for you, i tried it and still have the same problem :/
    I hope they'll check my "fast track" ticket soon enough

    It's trying to contact the license - server of whmcs, seems to happen with whmcs 7.x instances only.

    It got fixed by the whmcs staff in the meantime, they had a temporary issue with their license server, which affected a handful of installations which were due to run a license check callback.

    My issue for sorted by WHMCS after 14hrs.
