Want a little Vps in the Netherlands

I am looking for a VPS in the Netherlands with:

-500GB BW
-256MB ram (or more)
-Paid yearly
-Max $15/Year.
-1 ipv4 address

Other specs are not important.

I like to know the exact location of the data center.

Not at this price, even with 25% off. The closest one I know has just been mentioned - HostUS 768MB OVZ for $16/yr in AMS.
