Colocation Review:

I currently have 2 x 1U colocated with @CenTexHosting for four months. The experience has been great, customer support has gone beyond expectation. They are great with communication and coordination when physical maintenance is required. I had a machine pulled from the rack, added drives, and put back within 1 hour (it was probably less, I just can't remember). The moment it was switched back on they sent emails to ensure everything went smoothly.

The promotional deal was where you buy a server and get colo for $49.95. Some great added benefits: free remote hands and free rack/stack.

I believe these are their networks: Level 3, GTT, HE, and cogent

I'm using proxmox on the machines and recently rebooted one of my VMs, here's the download benchmark from that VM:

wget x86.ca/bench.sh -O - -o /dev/null|bash

Should have pointed that stuff out, and specified I'm in the Dallas location.

The 1u level is what I have.

I colo an E3 seen above, and an older Dual E5620.
BW: 10TB @ 1Gbps (not an abundance, but plenty for me.)
Power: 1 Amps 120V Power Circuit

The address corresponds to Carrier-1, so I'm assuming they operate the DC? Not sure if they are reselling incero, I haven't asked and it wasn't disclosed.

I believe they have space with Psychz in C1, if I remember a past chat correctly.

@inthecloudblog --- We own our servers we do not resell
@MikeA -- Our Racks in Dallas are with Incero which is in the Carrier 1 Building.
@aaraya1516 --- Thanks for the Great Review.
