KSplice Alternative?

jakejake Member

I got some CentOS machines that I'd like to update without a reboot, but KSplice only supports Oracle Linux for new customers.

Does anyone know a way around this, or a KSplice alternative for rebootless kernel upgrades?

    @Francisco might know :-)

  • Actually Oracle Linux is free. Wish I could resell off my kSplice account, I'm grandfathered and still get CentOS updates.

    Francisco builds ksplice on debian / ubuntu, no?

    @concerto49 I am not familiar with what Francisco is running exactly, I just saw him mention it once or twice and was thinking that he could offer some insight to help out the OP.
