Brazil/Sao Paulo VPS or Colocation
Hello,
I am looking for a VPS in sao paulo that has requirements:
Number of Cores: 2
RAM: ~12Gb
Disk Space: 100Gb
Disk Type: SSD/HDD
Bandwidth: < 2TB
Port Speed: 100mb/1gb (atleast 2-10mb dedicated)
DDoS Protection:
As a lot of ISPs are doing , we can accept NULL0 on external connections ( connections that are not comming from brazil, for me it's the best way to protect against attacks )
Windows
We can provide our own OEM license for 2008/2016.
Location: Sao Paulo, Brazil
IPs: 1 or 2 , no ipv6 needed.
I need in brazil, the latency is very important.
If there are other services, like dedicated servers within these specifications or range please let me know. Or a Tower server colocation in Sao Paulo.
Budget is around 100$-120$ (USD)
The only alternative i have are AWS/Azure which i am not going to fall for them , they are double the price i am looking for and hidden fees like bandwidth I can't accept.
Thanks!

Host1Plus ? though your specifications might not be exact what they are offering but you might wanna contact them to get a custom quote.
I assume you speak PT-BR? sent you contact. Host1plus is oversold crap targeted to foreigner an ripping off LACNIC. Sent you data for their upstream DC they are in as well.
All hail the knowledgeable one (y)
Your knowledge/information in networking is just so commendable.
m(_ _)m senpai
Well, well, well... Host1Plus is pretty simple ultimately:

LACNIC + AFRINIC + renting to VPN providers and others = $$$. By now i at least managed to get most of the Afrinic space blacklisted at large CDNs and their renters (eg. some Israeli ISP with a /21) are flooded with complaints by their end-users, so much fun :')
Ah ha! that devilish trait you have xD
As my memory recollects, Host1Plus was a free web hosting provider (correct me if I'm wrong) I don't know when they grew so large.
