I do not need it to be High specification normal one it ok
but need high speed at least 1Gbit Port guaranteed
please dont give my 100 mbs
i want download file size 1 giga take 2 sec to download and 2 sec to upload

bandwidth at least 6 TB
80 GB SSD

2GB of DDR3 RAM

i buy with BTC

Stay away from maxided. I ordered a server in Bulgaria , and got a server in France (OVH). When I asked them about it , they lied about some routing bullshit.

1Gbit sec, full bore, will take 10 seconds to download a 1GB file.

Hetzner has a guarantee of 1gbit/s on all their non-serverbidding servers it would seem. Starting at ~50 usd though, and capped at 20-30TB/month upload.

That's a dedicated server on a shared gigabit port. Not dedicated, but shared.

Again, you cannot physically upload or download 1GB in 2 seconds on Gbit. Only on 10Gbit, and even then VERY hardly only if the conditions are near perfect.
