I hope it's not late. I currently use https://www.serverhub.com/vps/ssd-cached for a hobby project since last year. I had no problem and customer support is excellent. Seems to be what you are looking for

Do they still have $20 plan(opteron 1381,8GB )? Haven't seen that for a while. If my memory serves me right, that 1385 plan was also $20,
They will reappear from time to time after someone cancels their server.
I can tell you there should be one reappearing shortly after the 27th...
They seem to still appear (and disappear very quickly) from time to time...
I've also seen one of those servers with bonus 4*750GB drives may be a week ago...
For now the minimum they have is $35.
And for last few months that is the minimum I see on their site. Not below that.
There is Opteron 1385 8GB 2x2TB for $25 available right now... $20 ones are another matter though, they are much more rare.
