Current throughput monitor on VPS/DEDI sent to browser?

So I'm just messing around with some things at the minute, ntop, vnstat, etc.

What I'm looking to do is
Alt text

Similar to the IPfire main page (bottom) - want to get loads times, and network throughput in realtime through my browser.

vnstat -l works nicely for this, however would prefer something browser based - make things a bit neater.

Anyone know how I'd achieve this, would imagine there's a few people here who've managed this in the past.

Cheers.
