Ahh right you mean DMCA free. Yeah USA is no good. But 200ms ot lower latency will eithrr be expensive in Asia, or you have to accept higher latency from somwhere like Eastern Europe or Russia.

For HK you would need a budget of at least $40/m (probably more).

For Eastern Europe / Russia, maybe around $10-$20. Could do this in LT for about $20, but latency to China is roufhly 250ms.
