Here is a relatively new panel:

“Free, open-source, server agnostic, self-hosted web hosting control panel using Docker.

It looks like a ‘interesting’ panel at a quick glance! Maybe somebody will find it useful. I plan on giving it a try sometime next week, if nothing wrecks my schedule.

Extremely interesting. Definitely a "one to watch". Using Caddy for webserver instantly makes me happy along with minio

    putty ;)

Last I heard putty was down though...

Seriously though, OP, if you really want to pay for a panel, I'd say best value for a clean, stable, functional webpanel would be Interworx. Licensepal sells a VPS license for it for $7.95/mo. Been around since at least 2004 as well.

Technically, Centmin Mod is a wrapper bash shell script with convenient shell based menu for common tasks - other tasks are still done via command line. System admins who like command line but want to do things more efficiently via centmin.sh menu for common tasks will save alot of time

Centmin Mod ain't a web gui panel from browser as it's all managed via SSH.

For VestaCP on CentOS at least double check that your Apache version isn't too outdated from my findings 5+ months ago https://community.centminmod.com/threads/vestacp-ouch-no-http-2-and-outdated-apache.10114/. This might not apply to Ubuntu based VestaCP.

@tranzmedia basic tip for all the free panels or trial based panels, best tip is try them all and find which you list best. Nothing beats first hand experience :)

You may check ISPmanager, 4 euro per month, weekly releases and rapid development.

You may also consider a KernelCare module for better uptime.
