Looking for cheapest vps for personal vpn in Germany @1Gbits

Looking to use this as personal vpn. Paying yearly. Not much requirements just enough to run a personal vpn. The closer to Nuremberg the better. I have a 400 Mbits internet connection so looking for a 1 Gbit/s port to be able to max it out. As I want to basically use vpn on my router and thus all devices Id presume an avg usage of 300-400 gb traffic/mo at max. (according to my routers bw history).
