I don't quite get it. You are not providing specific IP to traceroute (not that i can't find out which one is it, or at least guess), and yet asking someone to traceroute You.
I went on the site, and it makes ping/traceroute/mtr/whois checkup on the client ip, but that's something You can do by yourself anyway. And in that scenario You don't actually need anyone to do anything for You.

  • I suppose when you click and run from your system, the output is saved for him to view later.

Ummm where was the announcement of this new datacentre??? Is this why my VPS has been up and down? If so, I'm not happy - an advance warning should have been sent out to all customers.

So there was no e-Mail or anything sent out? They could have at least let us all know instead of having no way to contact anyone. There was no tweets or anything.

What about to inform your clients first?

The communication this week was definitely lacking considering the extended outages (approx 10 hour outages on both Monday and Tuesday due to the DDoS attacks, and almost 12 hours downtime during the move on Wednesday). The first updates on Twitter and the announcements page weren't posted until today.

For anyone wondering about network changes:

yes, i was also wondering what happened, my VPS was also down for few hours.

Any way I appreciate your quick move and efforts to bring back the services in short time especially in this case of a DC migration.

Every things are working fine for me presently.

In summary, we have had many attacks in recent days that produced a total downtime, we migrated to a new datacenter that can provides us a Anti-DDos protection.

@Spirit here you can see a more detailed explain:
