Yes, for SEO. There are Seo hostings but I don't want pay for cpanel license
If you don't pay for cPanel license you don't get cPanel.
And also, you won't get this cheap. At lest by my definition of "cheap".

They are sharing the IPs between multiple users (they say each IP is used by 4-5 clients), and a cPanel license only needs to be purchased once for the entire server.
