It is illegal to install any non-server version of windows in any commercial-infrastructure. CMIIW
You may looking for Windows Server 2016?

I'm running one on LunaNode. Get the "2048 MB High-Memory" plan for $6 monthly and you can install Windows or any other OS yourself. I believe Credit Cards accepted through Stripe.

Our VMH-2GB plan suits your requirement and budget perfectly! Unfortunately, We do not provide Windows 10 license, you may install it on our vps with your own license :)

I know a dev who uses Vultr for Windows stuff, seems to work flawlessly. No idea if you can run Win 10 etc, personally never looked into it.

Any version of windows works on Vultr. You just have to mount VirtIO driver manually.

Thanks guys. I will create an instance of Windows via Custom ISO this week. Which version of Windows have you all found gives the best performance for a 1GB ram instance? Is automatic updates and the Windows firewall enough to keep it protected?
