Im looking for dual Xeon 2670, 120gb ssd, 64 gigs ram, 10-15TB bandwidth, permanent ipmi/kvm.
I have already $100 offer for such server. Is there anything cheaper on market excluding wsi/nocix offers?

wsi = wholesaleinternet. I actually did see some other cheap 2670's recently, trying to remember where.
Maybe Dedispec? But I think they just resell WSI's servers for an higher price...
I guess that depends on the server, I got IPMI for mine.
