Yes, but people are trained to look for the bright and shiny toys (cpanel) even though they wont use 98% of the "features".
DA is not a big selling point, but there are some who enjoy its basic premise and simplicity. I wouldn't design a company around it as the core selling point, it doesn't have the draw.
