Looking Lowend Dedi for backingup

Hello there,

I'm looking for lowend dediserver with spec:

CPU passmark > 5000
RAM 16GB
HDD >= 2TB
Location : Prefer western (Pacific Ocean) coast of the U.S like Los Angeles. 
If no, any location is fine.
No hetzner (unlucky,bad experience with me,so no please )
No online.net (I have 2 with them, their server is very good, just need other HP for backup)
No Kimsufi or OVH
Budget 25$/month

I understand PerfectIP maybe a very solid choice. But any provider that charges $1 for a /120 IPv6 is stupid.

Thanks for the mention. QuickPacket doesn't have anything that cheap available. The cheapest thing we have is the Core i3 530 at $29.99.
