how long can delivery?
It depends if you're already a customer or not but if you consider the server delivery itself it's done within a day (server is built / set up / delevered each time a customer makes an order).

Ehm, from their TOS on bw usage:
Services operating on shared bandwidth are limited to our fair usage policy. Host Hong Kong reserves the right to implement a speed cap, or disconnect services upon the following conditions. Local (HK) traffic exceeding 500GB in a single month. International/Overseas traffic exceeding 250GB in a single month. Affecting network performance for other servers connected to the network. Using over 3Mbit for durations exceeding 2 hours, 10Mbit exceeding 30 minutes, or 25Mbit exceeding 10 minutes.Client also said budget of US$20 - $35, which none of those special offers are.
But that TOS is referring to shared bandwidth with direct China routes, and without China routes, all those numbers can be multiplied by like 10.
Still.. far off the 30TB+ demanded by the OP, but that just unrealistic any way.

SoYouStart's bandwidth is unlimited with 250 Mbps garunteed, all of which is included in the base price. I think you were looking at backup space.
