Europe 1G vps

Hello,
I'm searching an EU KVM or VMWare vps (I'd like to host some LXC vps), with 1gb ram, at least access to 2 cores and a bunch of IPv6. The target use is, mainly, for webhosting.

Budget: around 3$/month.

Some ideas?
