No, I'm looking to host a website on a KVM VPS. All I found was these 3 and I'm not convinced to go with one of them.
Constant itself does VPS but they are giving single E5506 CPU for their VPS which is slower than my grandma.

No.. not KVM (Fliphost have decent OpenVZ storage boxes here, tho) however if you would be happy with XenPV in Choopa's NJ Datacenter you can try http://www.greenyhosting.com/ - really decent and stable stuff.
Check WHT for their special deals here and there.

I agree. Fliphost should add KVM in Choopa-
SupremeBytes/@DamienSB isn't in Choopa, but it is in NJ with Interserver.
Zap5/@Eased is in Choopa with VMWare.

For anyone interested, I've went with SolarVPS with their Xen HVM. Their network looks like have better pings to the USA and Europe than Choopa.

NatcoWeb does KVM in Choopa
They didn't lose power during Superstorm Sandy. May not be a "LEB budget" but sometimes spending a little bit more gets you better quality such as a provider who didn't lose power during a storm that found DCs with broke generators, no disaster plans and flooded basements

I got 77 ms from their location to Nerherlands. I got 83 ms from Choopa to Netherlands.
Check it from more locations ;-)

It's just little difference (3 - 6ms) in my tests always in favour of choopa (tested from UK, Germany, Austria... and NL)
Nope, I've tested to all my locations, every time solarvps won by 5-6 ms
I just checked again from another 6 locations from europe. Choopa ALWAYS won. We should start to include mtr results :P
