That's a lot for $120 mate
Only Hetzner has it for €99/mo in Germany... their isn't anything available in the US market for that. You should seriously consider co-location which will be a better price per month pkg for you.
It's a reasonable request. Hetzner has something similar but with more features, unfortunately it's in the EU and not USA.

It would be around $134/mo if you rented it all. But I would look into buying the GPU. Its $400 if you want the server for 6 months or more it will work out better in your case. In fairness even if you cancel it you still have a GTX 1070
