I can't think of much more sustainable than selling 512MB unmanaged KVM servers for $5/m. Something that frequently goes on LEB/T for less than $10 a year.

BTW, DO become very unstable these days.

I have a few droplets running, like 4x 512M at SGP.

Network to China is very unstable,sometimes it just go down,

down 3-4 times per day.

Ah yeah, it's hard to get stable connections into and out of China. Have you checked to see where the packets drop when it becomes inaccessible or slow? Use an MTR to determine that. I'd be interested in seeing the result.

Also you might find SFO to be better, but I don't know that any one location is ever just absolutely flawless going into China because the networks there tend to be a bit unstable themselves.
