@CycloneServers - so my service is suspended for non-payment 10 hours after I paid? You guys must have your wires crossed somewhere.
So at 2 AM when the automated system ran it saw may 1st and thought it was not paid. We just fixed the issue it was with our automated system not updating the date on the account when the user paid. Sorry for the inconvenience.
