No boot device found / missing operating system after second/third reboot from the OVH panel. As long as you only reboot from windows itself, everything works.

Someone would need to make a dd image of vda1/sdb1 that is 9GB or so, so it fits when you restore it correctly. I managed to do that in the past, it was tricky though and Windows 10/Server 2016 would run out space quickly. The older OS's, when not trying to download updates, would work fine, but database corruption, etc can happen on a full disk when trying to write while 0 bytes free, so I wouldn't advise it. I've had it happen to me before

2) Most of the time you should just use the control panel to reinstall Windows unless you running a dedicated server. But if that's the case you don't need a custom ISO.
Try to upload the image to a website that doesn't require TLS.
