OVH can't connect to Asia ?

Just found that my VPS and servers in ovh or soyoustart can not connect with my servers in Taiwan nor servers in SoftLayer Japan and SGP.
But SoftLayer HK is OK.

    Well I can connect from both OVH France & OVH Canada (SoYouStart & OVH).

    What I meant is I can connect all of them with my local connections.
    But, I can't connect ovh with SoftLayer JP and SGP and my Taiwan VPS.

    PROVIDE SOME FUCKING DIAGNOSTIC INFORMATION OR FUCK OFF.

    @ihadp LET is james' personal support network. He comes here for free advice on services he sells to others. If you refuse to do the work for him, how can he bill for it?
