Basically, id like to get a html website running on a cpanel controlled vps with whmcs running on it, eg a html front end page and client.domain.com whmcs portion. I could go higher if needed. I'll be selling websites locally for friends n family using a separate reseller account, but would like a faster loading site rather than a shared hosting one.

Id consider myself fairly familiar with cpanel and have handled whmcs before but have not used a vps, only shared n reseller hosting. I'd consider increasing the budget if necessary if the specs r insufficient.
