Looking for a decent place for small website work

Hi,

Current situation:
I need my website's gallery page to get a new fresh look. Integrating a masonry plugin is probably more than enough.

My experience:
Every time I look online for freelancers, they promise me the world and can't deliver even the most basic jobs which would normally take a few hours MAX.

The problem:
I do a lot of different work, video editing a lot, and most of it is free or a goodwill price, I try to help people and develop myself, blabla bla, I don't have enough time to do all of this myself without messing up schedules.

Can somebody PLEASE suggest me a site, person or w/e that will help me with these kind of things for an affordable rate (e.g. $50 - $100 for this situation) and not feel like a fish market like Upwork.com.

Why would a freelancer work below an hourly rate he could get while being employed full time with all perks of that ?

Because that's not even true, if you take a day for something like this you're an extreme slacker.
