For /32 ipv6 you probably need to request directly from RIPE (or whoever you regional registry is).

Yea i consider this, ripe gives /29 IPv6 without asking any questions from what i know Thats 8 x /32 so quite alot. + /22 ipv4.

You can't allocate more than /48 to one Customer, PA, without RIPE approval regardless.
Yes, if it's for a single customer. Maybe the OP needs also IPv6 space for downstream customers (tunnel brokers etc?) (-> ALLOCATED-BY-LIR)
Either way, not getting my /29 listed on Spam Haus ;-).
